“My metal fabrication company had a website built by Creare just over a year ago and it has worked exceptionally well. I don’t need to advertise anywhere else as it is generating so much business for me. “I have been with Creare for several years now and I have to say they are truly excellent. My account manager, Sunil, is always willing to chat over and listen to any concerns I have, whilst the back up team go out of their way to ensure that I get the best service they can give. Of course, at the end of the day, the proof of the quality of a service is in the results achieved and, in this respect, Creare have well and truly excelled and I am delighted with their work on my behalf. They are one of the few companies I have worked with who have seen that the relationship between client and service provider should be team work in which we can discuss, plan and implement strategies together as opposed to them just going about their work in secret. “Smith Construction Group Ltd and Smith Recycling (MK) Ltd have two sites which Creare created and also look after the SEO. We have kept our business with Creare for many years and are in the process of creating a new site for Smith Recycling. We have experienced a good level of service from our account managers over the years. Currently Ryan Simmonds who is consistently reliable, efficient and enthusiastic to meet our requests. He quickly responds to any queries, and explains our monthly stats with great patience, and in terms that can be understood by all.”

“I've had a lot of disappointments with Creare but the staff at Creare have been fantastic. Joyce is always understanding and very patient with me and is always a delight to deal with (even though she asks me for payment) Kim Bridle and Harjeet are also fantastic they both do there best to answer questions/Queries as soon as possible. Wish there SEO campaigns were as good as these individuals”

“I contacted James via Twitter while having issues with my Wordpress/Google Analytics, and got a quick response. To fix my issue I granted him temporary access to the accounts and within a couple of hours it was solved. After it was solved he also double checked to be sure that it wasn't just a temporary fix. Thank you very much dude!”
