“Having had to recently close our "terrestrial" store due to ill health I was at a loss how to clear our stock and maintain an interest in the rug business. Claire Jennings helped me through the changes on our site to make it still usable without too much cost .Thank You Claire,and all who contributed,also Thanks to Joyce in accounts who helped whilst we did not have a fixed base .Who knows we may still continue even after the stock is cleared Thank You All”

“Firstly, Creare were great listening to my ideas and needs to built my site, frontrowedit.co.uk and made that dream that was only on paper come to life. Overall good experience with Creare head office from helpful and friendly employee's like Joyce Dennis. My only downside is, once you have paid all of your funds towards the site, you seem to loose the 'Business Development Manager' support for what could be a greater after service to all clients.”

“As we are a small firm of around 20 employees, Creare have effectively provided us with a much-needed digital marketing arm, taking care of both our SEO campaign and, more recently, the redevelopment of our website. They have always been at the end of the phone when required, and even gone above and beyond when we've had issues with the hosting of our site, which isn't their responsibility. Although all of the Creare employees we've encountered have been very helpful, we'd like to highlight and praise the work of Harjeet Kalsi, who has been our most longstanding contact at the company.”

“We have always received a good service from Creare and Brittany who looks after our account is always very helpful and on hand to help us if we need anything. Our website looks great since creare have rebuilt it for us and we have certainly had a lot of good feedback from our customers regarding our new website. We have been very pleased with the amount of calls received from this and our workload has nearly doubled. Our account manager Shaun Hughes has been very helpful and committed to making sure that we are seen on the search engines, and is always coming up with good ideas to take us even further forward with our advertising.
